New Look for Ketteringham Hall

//New Look for Ketteringham Hall

After months of painstaking and enthusiastic work in the grounds of Ketteringham Hall the fruits of this labour are there for all tenants, “Orangery Tea Room” customers and “Adella Bridal Shop” clients to see.
The Lake has been dredged and cleared resulting in the island now being visible with the quaint timber bridge emerging after years of being hidden by reeds.
Old follies (definition…a costly ornamental building with no practical purpose, especially a tower or mock-Gothic ruin built in a large garden or park) are restored and brought back to life and the “Ha-Ha” (a sunken dry ditch with a brick wall to stop livestock straying whilst still maintain a view) has now been rebuilt where partially collapsed.
